Better Late Than Never!
Life is busy. I mean everyone is busy with something.
It seems like there's always something to be done.
Most of the time I feel like I am behind and if I get caught up - something is wrong!
The typical newsletter for the slingshot principles comes out every Tuesday morning at 7:15 a.m.
Not This Week!
I was a little frustrated that I wasn't able to get the newsletter out at 7:15 on Tuesday morning this week but guess what…
BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!
I was doing something very worthwhile with my family. An amazing trip that we chose to postpone in the fall was able to be taken earlier this week and so I was spending quality time with my wife and the three kids we have left at home.
The Slingshot family understands that on occasion, schedules have to be adjusted, deadlines are important but not as important as family.
That is the Crux of the Slingshot Principles. Being able to sustain and maintain even when life is busy. Seeing the bigger picture and maintaining the long view!
My recommendation is for all of us to take the time to re-evaluate what our priorities are in life and make sure we're spending the time on those things that are most important. This may at times mean delaying a project or slowing down to pace things accordingly.
Enjoy each day.

Enjoy your family.
Always remember that it's Better to be late than to never show up!
